A number of Oregon’s restaurants, pubs and bars created comfortable fresh air dining during the early months of the pandemic. They’ve found that so many folks enjoyed dining al fresco they’re keeping them as permanent fixtures for year-round enjoyment. And with the cool, if not downright cold, days and nights of winter setting in the outdoor heaters, fireplaces and covered patios provide a safe, and comfortable space for dining or imbibing.
